An HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter hovers over pararescuemen as U.S. Air Force Brig. Gen. Jack L. Briggs participates in a training mission on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, Sept. 24, 2010. Briggs is the 455th Air Expeditionary Wing commander and the pararescuemen are assigned to the 33rd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron. bagoh2__ their fingers are outside the trigger guards until ready to fire as a safety precaution to prevent an accidental discharge.

What an interesting photo. Despite the fact that we'll probably have really different views over the matter, I respect the men fighting at this war. One question though, the M4 is still the standard issue rifle for the air force as well? I've always wondered why you guys place so much trust on it

And, as usual, great photo. Poses, background, equipment..

Hot damn that's an amazing shot. Taken at just the right moment, from just the right angle, with just the right view of the background, foreground, and middle ground. This photographer is definitely talented.
