I took this pic a few months ago. That is the M110 SASS. We're coming to the end of our yearlong tour over here and I can confirm that both photographer and subject have stayed safe so far. Thanks for the "likes" of the photo and the support for us.
Multicam - surprisingly everybody in the Afghanistan theater are switching to it, not only most (if not all) of the branches of the US military, but other nations too. Hell, ive seen pictures of current Russian GRU units using Multicam. Wouldnt be surprising if it becomes standard in one way or another. Sure as hell better than the old ACUs
surprised how everybody is kinda stepping back from digital (although im sure USMC still uses MARPAT and CAF uses CADPAT, both still better than the army ACU/UCP though)
