Great timing on this shot, just before touching down on the main mounts but just before the dust takes over the place! The gunner sure is standing tall on his gun, but can't tell if it's the mini-gun or the grenade launcher.

The sand and the propeller blades are are amazing, great pic mate

btw what's the pole sticking out of the front of the chopper? there's only so much i've learnt from modern warfare and Battlefield: bad company 2.

Sweet pic! love the back blast from that power-full engine! I can't fully tell if that is the mini-gun the door-gunner is manning, am I correct?

Is it just me, or did the blackhawk incorperate a lot of the Huey into it's design. It looks like a big, powerful Huey to me. The wheels are one exception, but that's about it.

i don't know, the cockpit looks similar to me and the fact that it has a big passenger area with large doors on each side but other than that.. no lol

In a nutshell, yeah, the BlackHawk (and variants) is a big powerful UH1. Why fix the designs that worked great, right?
