Staff Sgt. Rasheen Douglas

U.S. Army Sgt. Patrick Modesitt, a flight medic for the Colorado National Guard's 2d Battalion, 135th Aviation Regiment, gets ready to perform his combat hoist during training as Staff Sgt. Michael Scofield, crew chief, watches from their UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter Aug. 9 in Herat province, Afghanistan. The training prepares the crew for any conditions they might come across in retrieving any Special Operations Task Force West personnel needing medical attention in Herat province. The crew is on standby 24 hours a day for day and night operations.

It does look like it, but the parts covering the ears are not just attachments, like they would be if they were the SOFD-D. It's just a subtle difference. ;)

Isn't that 187 Reg. of airborne infantry? We were with the Air Force at the time. Now we're with NATO.
